t-shirt yarn

Something I have always wanted to do is to upcycle t-shirts into yarn and I finally did it this week. I followed an instructable and found it really easy. So far I have cut up three shirts, just wish I had sharper scissors!

The next plan is to use the same technique on a jersey remnant which I'll sew into a loop first. Then I can start crocheting this year's Christmas presents.
